What belongs here:
• The remains of paints and solvents
• Acids and other chemical solutions
• The packaging from hazardous substances, packaging contaminated by chemical substance
• Waste containing mercury
• Motor oils, filters, greases and adhesives
• Batteries and storage batteries, including car batteries
• Out-of-date and unneeded medicines, used hypodermic needles
• The remains of chemical agents to protect plants and prevent pests
• Broken fluorescent lamps and discharge lamps
What doesn't belong here:
• Light bulbs
• Building waste containing tar and/or asbestos
• Railway sleepers
• Edible fat
• Tyres
Where should I put it?
The general public can hand in their hazardous waste at our collection yard free of charge.
